Working on behalf of a buyer- client, T. Van Davenport successfully identified a newly constructed Family Dollar investment property located in Piedmont, SC.  This absolute net lease investment provided the client with a long term, corporate guarantee lease for a nationally traded credit tenant.

While finalizing the last stage of a 10-31 tax deferred exchange, Mr. Davenport negotiated the contract and guided the client through the due diligence process in review of all construction related items, lease documents and related investigations and studies.
