Van Davenport guided the conceptual and design phases, incorporating those components necessary to meet the demands of the marketplace as well as the needs of individual users to whom the project will be marketed. Located in North Industrial Park, the complex will feature 3 separate buildings, providing 3 dock wells, spacious overhead doors, 20 ‘ + ceiling heights with expandable floorplans starting at 2,100 sf. A Fall 2019 delivery is anticipated, pre-leasing efforts have begun.
