With two offices in the Charleston, SC, this location represents the relocation of the company’s third location presently situated in the Little River area.
Décor specializes in the design of residential and commercial spaces as relates to carpet, hardwood, resilient and tile flooring needs.
The complex is new construction and hosts a total of 21,000 sf and offers each of the two tenant spaces high ceilings, individual dock wells and oversized garage doors. One space of 10,500 sf is presently available.
Interior upfit is to be completed by the end of November with Décor planning to open their doors to the public by December 2018.
