Originally from Burlington, NC and a graduate of Alamance Community College, Sandy has been a resident of the Myrtle Beach area since 1979.

Her role with the company began in 2012, originally serving as Lease Administrator. Sandy’s relationship and interaction with both landlords and tenants proved to heighten the customer service experience so valued by the firm. As result, her role expanded to that of providing accounting level services and includes managing monthly revenues approaching $1,000,000 on behalf of nearly 75 individual properties.

In addition to accounts payable and accounts receivable, Sandy directs the annual reconciliation of common area maintenance accounts, tracks revenues and the annual renewal of client business licenses, directs property management in areas of potential expense savings associated with individual client assets and the evaluation of property and liability insurance coverages on behalf of landlords.

Her disciplined work ethic and responsiveness contribute to the continued growth and success of the firm.
